This online version of the Sussex Child Protection and Safeguarding Procedures became operational on 1 May 2011.

Before accessing the procedures, users must read 'Quick Guide' and 'Values', which can be accessed by clicking on the relevant buttons on the left hand side of the screen.

If you wish to read a summary of the amendments made since the procedures were last published in 2009, this can be accessed by clicking on the button 'amendments' on the left hand side of the screen.

A web-based version of Working Together to Safeguard Children 2010 is also available to users and this can be accessed via the button on the bottom left hand side of the page.
